Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations
• Coordinate necessary orders
• Check freshness and quality of all Food & Beverage products
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize service and plate presentations
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of experience at a Multi-Unit Director level or higher with a Casual or Upscale Casual Brand
• Five to ten years of proven success in a leadership role in a similar environment
• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality-related majors or Business Administration is preferred.
• Proven track record of Team Building and the development and implementation of standards and consistency
• Strong project management skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, leadership qualities, and communication skills
