Food & Beverage Captain
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle enquiries or complaints promptly.
- Assist in coordinating and guiding service staff during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage products.
- Operate the MICROS POS system and handle guest billing accurately.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Liaise with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
