We are currently seeking Part time Food & Beverage Attendants, with a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing tasks. This role has plenty of variety. You will work alongside the Food and Beverage Team Leaders, Supervisors & Managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Your role includes the following tasks (but not limited to):

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station whilst on shift
• Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
• Must be available minimum 3 shifts a week and weekends

Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Must have flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Passion for customer service
• Point of Sale (POS) experience, desirable
