About the Role Join Melia Hotels International as part of the Food & Beverage team in the Balearic Islands. You will provide correct, attentive, and cordial service, upholding quality standards and focusing on guest satisfaction by ensuring the proper presentation of food and beverages before they are served. You will contribute to guest recognition and preference for the hotel's services. What You'll Do
- Deliver courteous service in accordance with Melia's standards in the Food & Beverage area.
- Ensure the correct presentation and serving of foods and drinks before delivery to guests to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience and guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For
