Cooinda Lodge Kakadu is a unique resort nestled in the heart of Kakadu National Park, Northern Territory, Australia. Under Accor's Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) in partnership with the Djigardaba Enterprise Aboriginal Corporation, it offers guests a gateway to explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed park. This is your opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team. As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy providing friendly and efficient service to visitors and guests of Cooinda Lodge.

Job Description

• Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with excellent service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and bar areas, including barista equipment.
• Assist with setup, pack down, and service support during busy periods and events.
• Process payments and operate POS accurately.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of experience in a restaurant and bar environment, with solid food safety knowledge.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible, team-oriented approach and passion for hospitality.
