Food & Beverage Attendant
Job Description
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure seamless dining experiences
- Prepare and serve coffees and beverages
- Maintain buffet stations, conference setups, and service areas
- Keep the restaurant and conference areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Work independently and collaboratively to support smooth daily operations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service
- Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times
- Share product knowledge and upsell menu and beverage items
Qualifications

Previous F&B or hotel experience

Experience working in conferencing is a bonus

A current and valid RSA (or willingness to obtain one)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A bright personality with a passion for hospitality

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
