As our Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience, overseeing the day to day operations of the outlet while ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will lead and develop your team, drive operational excellence, and create meaningful and memorable moments for every guest.

What you will be doing:

• Lead Operations: Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring excellent service, food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Lead the Team: Coach, motivate, and develop the Heartists while fostering a positive working environment.
• Deliver Guest Excellence: Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Drive Performance: Monitor service standards, revenue, costs, and overall outlet performance.
• Manage Inventory: Control stock, minimize wastage, and ensure effective inventory management.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with MGallery, hotel, F&B, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Drive Sales: Promote upselling opportunities and support achievement of outlet revenue targets.
• Team Administration: Support scheduling, briefings, attendance, and daily operational requirements.
• Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with other departments and continuously identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.

Qualifications

Your Experience & Skills Include:

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.

• Previous experience as an F&B Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, food safety, and hygiene.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.

• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, revenue, and financial targets.

• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of Accor or international luxury hospitality standards is an advantage.
