American Excelsior Company is growing our foam operations and hiring multiple Foam Fabrication & Molding Operators for 1st and 2nd shift. 4x10 (four days a week): 5am–3pm or 3pm–1am

5x8 (five days a week): 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

Work in our foam fabrication or molding operations, producing the foam products our customers depend on

Operate production equipment and follow work instructions

Check your work to make sure every product meets our quality standards

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Work with your team to hit daily production goals
