Job Overview We are seeking an experienced FM Administrator to strengthen our Estates, Engineering & Safety team. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital. You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Estates, Engineering & Safety function
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
• Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards
• Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times
• Contribute to a professional and patient-focused hospital environment

Qualifications and Experience

• OND / HND with 5 years experience and must have FM / administrative experience
• Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
