Flying Audiologist

About the Role You will join Sonova as a Flying Audiologist in the Kempen region, traveling to multiple hearing care centers (Beerse, Turnhout, Retie, Herentals, Geel, Mol, …). With your Audiology diploma (BA or MA) and a valid RIZIV number, you help customers find the most suitable hearing solution, contributing to Sonova’s leadership in Belgium’s hearing care market. You will perform advanced audiometric tests and apply new techniques such as remote fitting, delivering high-quality care across locations.

What You'll Do

• Travel to various locations in the Kempen region to support Sonova hearing centers (e.g., Beerse, Turnhout, Retie, Herentals, Geel, Mol, …).
• Perform advanced audiometric testing to determine the most suitable hearing solution for each customer.
• Apply remote fitting and other new techniques to optimize outcomes.
• Take ownership of the entire process from A to Z, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate into different teams, adapt to their dynamics, and share best practices.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in testing and solution recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Audiology (BA or MA) and a valid RIZIV number.
• Strong empathy and desire to help customers with hearing loss.
• Substantial experience as an audiologist/audicien; ability to identify improvements and share best practices.
• Comfort working in varying environments and with different teams; good awareness of group dynamics.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform advanced audiometric tests.
• Interest or experience in remote fitting and a willingness to work across multiple locations in Noord Antwerpen region.

Nice to Have

• Experience with remote fitting is a plus and highly valued.
