About the Role ObjectStyle is seeking a Flutter developer to own the real-time experience – high-frequency state updates, low-latency animations, and cricket-focused data visualizations. You will contribute to long-term projects in sports and education and collaborate with teams across our US and Poland offices and with clients in the US, Australia, and the EU.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Flutter apps delivering real-time sports data visualizations, with high-frequency state updates and smooth animations
- Implement real-time state management using StreamBuilder, ChangeNotifier, or BLoC with event sourcing
- Optimize Flutter performance and ensure a high-quality user experience across devices
- Create custom painting for cricket visualisations and other data-driven visualizations
- Handle time zones and server time synchronization for multi-country match schedules
- Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to translate requirements into robust features
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of mobile development experience
- 2+ years of Flutter & Dart experience
- Mastery of real-time state management (StreamBuilder, ChangeNotifier, or BLoC with event sourcing)
- Deep understanding of Flutter performance and animations
- Experience with custom painting for cricket visualisations
- Knowledge of time zones and server time synchronization for multi-country schedules

- Prior work on a live cricket, football, or racing score app
- Published Flutter app with 50k+ downloads
