Floor Trading Clerk -XFA

About the Role Marex is seeking a Floor Trading Clerk -XFA to support brokers on the MIAX Sapphire exchange floor in Miami, FL. This role sits within X-FA, Marex’s floor broker team on Cboe, providing liquidity and execution support across markets and channels. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth trading operations and accurate trade handling in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Provide support to the brokers with administrative tasks and projects pertaining to daily trading activity of the desk.
• Handle position reconciliation and maintain reports for trade positions.
• Ensure timely input of trades based on client orders and as directed by brokers.
• Act as a liaison between brokers, traders, and dealers to ensure trading and operations run smoothly.
• All employees are expected to understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley operational requirements relevant to their role.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
• Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
• At all times comply with Marex’s Code of Conduct and report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required. Escalate risk events immediately and provide input to risk management processes. The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another related field.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Required to obtain SIE & Series 57 within 6 months of hire.
• Analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to input trades in a timely and accurate manner as directed by brokers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year base salary, with eligibility for discretionary bonus.
