About the Role Join Bachoco USA's Debone Plant team as Floor Support in Department 409. This role supports production line operations, handling tasks from setup to packaging and labeling, while ensuring quality and safety. It is a first-shift, safety-sensitive position requiring heavy lifting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required
- Pick up condemned product that has fallen on the production floor
- Sort and grade product
- Make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes
- Scale boxed product to required weight and label boxes as applicable to customer specifications
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work area
- Production workers are required to stand for long periods, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds
