Job title: Floor Support - Debone Plant, 2nd Shift
About the Role
2nd Shift Floor Support at Debone Plant Dept. 410. Support production to ensure safe, efficient processing of quality chicken products, performing task-specific duties on the line as applicable to the department.
What You'll Do
- Set up/tear down workstation & line as required
- Pick up condemned product from the production floor
- Sort and grade product
- Make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes
- Scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes per customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Stand, walk, and reach with hands/arms; regularly lift/move up to 25-40 pounds
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures; this is a safety-sensitive role; work in wet/humid conditions; exposure to moving parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 25-40 pounds; perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working on a production line in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adhere to safety-sensitive policies and environmental conditions (wet/humid, cold, loud)
- May require shift flexibility for 2nd shift operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $16.25 per hour
- $1/hour weekly attendance incentive
