As a Floor Supervisor, you will take on a leadership role by driving daily sales goals and supporting the creation of a motivating and inclusive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Own opening and closing the store as Key Holder & Leader on Duty; drive sales performance, coaching associates in real-time, and supporting the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay connected to campaigns and product launches; promote our brand vision to customers, winning fans for life.
