About the Role Join TOMMY HILFIGER as Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and upholding brand standards, under the guidance of the Store Manager. You’ll drive daily sales goals and foster a motivating, inclusive team environment while maintaining store standards.
What You'll Do
- Drive daily sales goals and create a motivating, inclusive team environment as Floor Supervisor under Store Manager guidance.
- Open and close the store as Key Holder & Leader on Duty; coach associates in real-time and support daily operations.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier, and handle other on-floor tasks.
- Promote brand campaigns and product launches; stay connected to the latest campaigns to inspire customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and embody the TOMMY HILFIGER brand on the floor.

- Key Holder & Leader on Duty: take ownership of opening/closing, drive sales performance, coach associates.

- Social Influencer: demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management.
- Confident in leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
- Prior retail team leadership & key holder experience.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and to carry up to 20 pounds.
