About the Role Welcome to the classic, American cool world of TOMMY HILFIGER. We are looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor who can deliver a top-notch customer experience and rock the sales floor while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, all under the guidance of our amazing Store Manager. As a Floor Supervisor, you will take on a leadership role by driving daily sales goals and supporting the creation of a motivating and inclusive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Open and close the store as Key Holder & Leader on Duty, driving sales performance and supporting the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Coach associates in real-time, develop talent, and promote the brand vision through campaigns and product launches.
- Work the sales floor with inventory processing, restocking, cashiering, and other duties to keep the store running smoothly.
- Stay connected to our newest campaigns and product launches and represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Customer experience expert: energize every customer interaction with a warm, helpful vibe and spark conversations that drive sales.
- Prior retail team leader & key holder experience with responsibility for opening/closing the store.
- Brand ambassador who stays aligned with campaigns, launches, and the brand vision.
- Proactive team player who can handle floor duties, inventory, and point-of-sale tasks.
- Comfortable walking, standing, bending, reaching, squatting for extended periods and able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Friendly, organized, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to lead by example and resolve issues on the spot.
