About this role
MIKA Coral Gables is a sophisticated Coastal Mediterranean restaurant by Michelin-starred Chef Michael White, inspired by the flavors and lifestyle of the Italian and French Riviera.
Our philosophy, “Tastes of the Riviera. Hospitality of Home,” reflects our commitment to exceptional cuisine, genuine hospitality, and an elevated yet approachable dining experience.
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Floor Manager with a strong background in private events and upscale dining to join our leadership team.

This individual must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver seamless service for both regular dining guests and private events.
