Position Summary:

The Floor Load Associate is responsible for unloading, sorting, and palatalizing products received in floor-loaded semi-trailers. This role works in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires frequent lifting, moving, and handling of products throughout the shift. Associates must maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety while organizing products by type and expiration date.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Weekends are rarely required.
• When overtime is needed, additional hours are typically scheduled during weekdays rather than weekends.
• Workload and schedules may fluctuate due to freight volume, product mix, and weather-related transportation delays.

Training Schedule:

Day 1

• Report at 8:00 AM.
• Complete safety training until approximately 2:30 PM.
• 30-minute lunch break included.
• Report to the warehouse afterward for hands-on training.

Day 2

• Report directly to your assigned shift.
• Continue on-the-job training with the department team.

Essential Job Duties:

• Unload products from floor-loaded trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort and organize products by product type and expiration date.
• Build and palletize loads according to warehouse standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with lift truck operators and other warehouse team members.
• Assist in meeting daily productivity and quality goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Support other warehouse departments, including DTC, Customization, and Rework, when floor-load work is unavailable.

Adapt to changing workloads, product volumes, and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to handle warehouse products safely and efficiently in varying volumes.
