- 3+ years of management experience (spa/fitness/retail/hospitality preferred).
- Strong communicator, metrics-driven, organized, and able to coach teams to drive sales, membership growth, and service excellence.
- Ability to lead with heart and manage with purpose. Nice to Have

- Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year.
