About the Role BRINKS is seeking an FLM to perform routine ATM checks and maintenance at Lebak Bulus, Indonesia. The role involves addressing light ATM issues, replacing consumables, ensuring ATMs are clean and ready for customers, and coordinating with technicians and bank representatives to minimize downtime.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of ATM machines.
- Handle light ATM issues such as paper jams, low receipt paper, or operation errors.
- Replace consumables like receipt and journal paper.
- Ensure ATMs are clean, normal, and ready for customers.
- Monitor ATM conditions and report damages to the relevant technicians.
- Assist with cash replenishment checks according to procedures.
- Execute preventive maintenance to minimize ATM downtime.
- Prepare daily visit and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with monitoring teams, technicians, and bank representatives for ATM issues.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform routine ATM checks and maintenance, and address light issues such as paper jams and operation errors.
- Experience or capability to replace consumables (receipts, journal paper) and ensure ATM cleanliness and readiness for customers.
- Skill in monitoring ATM conditions and reporting damages to technicians.
- Able to assist with cash replenishment checks and follow procedures.
- Willingness to perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and to produce daily visit/maintenance reports.
- Strong coordination with monitoring teams, technicians, and bank representatives to resolve ATM issues.
