About the Role BRINKS is seeking an FLM responsible for ATM maintenance and monitoring in Batam, Indonesia. The role focuses on routine checks, addressing minor ATM issues, replenishing consumables, and ensuring ATM readiness and uptime while coordinating with technicians and the bank.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine ATM checks and maintenance to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Handle minor ATM issues such as paper jams, empty receipts, or operational errors.
- Replace consumables: receipt paper and journal paper.
- Ensure ATM devices are clean, normal, and ready for customer use.
- Monitor ATM condition and report damages to the relevant technicians.
- Assist with cash replenishment and ATM cash checks according to procedures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily visit and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with monitoring teams, technicians, and the bank for ATM issues.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in field operations or ATM maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to perform routine ATM checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Good coordination and communication with technicians and bank representatives.
- Willingness to work onsite in Batam, Indonesia.
