Job title: FLM ATM & Device Maintenance
About the Role This role is the FLM ATM & Device Maintenance position responsible for first-level troubleshooting of ATM hardware and peripherals, performing routine maintenance, and supporting cash & security handling on-site at client locations. The goal is to maximize ATM uptime while adhering to SOPs, security standards, and safety requirements.
What You'll Do
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for ATM hardware and peripherals (card reader, cash dispenser, printer, monitor, keypad).
- Handle minor repairs, part replacement, and consumables replenishment (receipt paper, journal, etc.).
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance according to schedule.
- Incident Handling: Respond to ATM incidents and service calls within defined SLA; perform fault diagnosis and recovery actions; escalate unresolved issues to Second Level Maintenance (SLM) or Vendor Support.
- Cash & Security Handling: Perform basic cash handling activities as authorized (e.g., cassette replacement, cash jam handling); ensure compliance with security procedures, dual control, and access protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record all maintenance activities, incidents, and actions taken in the system accurately; prepare service reports and update job status in real time.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities comply with SOP, security standards, and regulatory requirements; follow safety procedures while working on-site, including client locations and public areas.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform first-level troubleshooting of ATM hardware and peripherals and carry out minor repairs.
- Capability to conduct routine preventive maintenance and follow service schedules.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with clear documentation of actions taken.
- Familiarity with cash handling basics and security procedures (dual control, access protocols).
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations and comply with safety standards.
