About the Role Flight Test Engineer/Test Conductor at Edwards AFB will support flight test campaigns, coordinate instrumentation and data collection, and help ensure safety and regulatory compliance across test activities. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute flight test plans and oversee test conductor duties during flight operations.
- Coordinate instrumentation installation, data acquisition, telemetry, and post-flight data analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and military clients to ensure test objectives are achieved. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in flight test, test conduct, or aerospace instrumentation.
- Familiarity with data analysis, telemetry, and test instrumentation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with aerospace avionics, simulation, or software tools (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced defense environment.
