About the Role MTSI is seeking a Flight Test Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama to support flight test activities, data collection, and analysis. The role involves collaborating with systems engineering and test teams to ensure mission success, safety, and readiness. The position focuses on execution of flight test campaigns and delivering data-driven insights to program stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Plan and execute flight test campaigns, including test procedures, instrumentation, and safety compliance.
- Collect and analyze flight data, generate reports, and support design verification and test readiness.
- Coordinate with systems engineering, avionics, and program teams to ensure successful test execution. What We're Looking For
- Experience in flight test, aerospace, or related engineering disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate results effectively. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of flight test instrumentation, telemetry systems, and test data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
