About the Role MTSI is seeking a Flight Test / EMD Test Strategic Planner for the B-21 program based at Edwards AFB, CA. This role will work with cross‑functional teams to develop, integrate, and maintain flight test and EMD test plans that enable successful program execution. What You'll Do
- Develop, track, and maintain flight test and EMD test schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, flight operations, and program management to align objectives and deliverables.
- Support risk assessment, issue resolution, and communication with Air Force stakeholders. What We're Looking For
- Experience in defense/aerospace program planning or test planning.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work at Edwards AFB and travel as required. Nice to Have
