Overview
A Flight Booking Assistant is being recruited for FlyNaija for remote work in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Help customers compare domestic flight fares and airlines.
- Assist with flight bookings and confirmations.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up on bookings and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate booking records.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet, laptop/desktop and smartphone.
- Must reside in Nigeria and be able to make calls.
- Travel, hospitality or customer support experience is an advantage.
