About this role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Flexo Finisher to operate and set up finishing equipment in a printing production environment. This role involves cutting, slitting, rewinding, and inspecting printed materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Operate finishing equipment, including slitters, rewinders, sheeters, and cutting machines.
- Set up machines and adjust settings to meet job specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Load materials, monitor production, and minimize waste.
- Complete production paperwork and prepare finished products for packaging or shipment.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements

Previous experience in printing, flexographic finishing, bindery, or manufacturing preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
