What you’ll do as a FlexFund Support Representative:
- Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and guiding them through processes.
- Analyze incoming requests and determine the most effective and appropriate solutions.
- Manage order workflows from creation to completion, ensuring timely processing and proper handling.
- Ensure accuracy of order details across internal systems.
- Identify, analyze, and report system bugs or operational issues based on daily workflow observations; ensure proper documentation and timely escalation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve order-related concerns.
What You Will Bring As A FlexFund Support Representative:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, reporting tools, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven Experience working with US based business teams.
- Completion of daily, weekly, monthly tickets received.
- Ensuring tickets are completed within one business day.
- Consistent and reliable availability during scheduled work hours.
- Accuracy and completeness of work per QA standards.
- Positive satisfaction results from agents and clients.
- This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: ₹ 4, 50,000 – ₹ 6, 30,000 INR Annually
