About the Role Join Netradyne's Driver•i team to help customers deploy AI-powered fleet safety and management solutions that deliver safer, more efficient, and on-time services. This role focuses on enabling customers to gain real-time visibility of vehicles and driver behavior, reduce risk, and optimize operations through Driver•i.
What You'll Do
- Assist with deployment and onboarding of Driver•i across customer fleets, enabling quick setup and day-to-day operations.
- Configure and monitor GPS tracking, geofence management, routing, dispatch, and two-way messaging to improve fleet visibility and coordination.
- Analyze fuel usage and vehicle telematics to identify inefficiencies and coach drivers toward safer, more productive behavior.
- Support fleet maintenance with Preventative Maintenance Automation using odometer or engine hours data.
- Use GreenZone Score to identify top and low performers and tailor coaching and recognition at the individual driver level.
- Provide access to relevant video evidence to resolve claims and exonerate drivers.
- Deliver coaching and training through Driver•i and the Mobile App to drive safe driving behaviors.
- Offer live vehicle insights including location, speed, engine status, and multi-camera views to support decision-making.
- Support real-time risk management and ongoing safety improvements for the customer’s fleet.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in fleet safety, data-driven decision-making, and driver coaching.
- Familiarity with telematics, GPS tracking, video evidence, and camera-based safety systems.
- Ability to interpret and act on GreenZone Scores to improve driver performance.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills with a focus on training and supporting fleet operations.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to translate data into actionable coaching.
