About the Role Netradyne offers a uniquely powerful, integrated fleet safety and compliance solution that combines Driver video safety and telematics with trusted compliance applications, tightly integrated into one view and powered by a single device. This role centers on helping fleets improve safety and productivity while simplifying compliance with Hours of Service (HOS), Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR), and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) mandates.
What You'll Do
- Support the deployment and ongoing use of Netradyne's driver safety and compliance platform across fleets, ensuring a single pane of glass experience.
- Monitor and manage Hours of Service (HOS) logs, driver availability, and violations across the fleet so drivers can self-manage hours and stay in compliance.
- Perform, review, and facilitate pre-trip and post-trip DVIRs using mobile devices; leverage the checkbox workflow to log details and attach images.
- Generate mileage reports for IFTA, track miles by state or province, and capture accurate odometer readings to simplify tax reporting.
- Provide near real-time safety and compliance insights through the Driver dashboard and alerts, helping reduce violations and CSA impacts.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, deliver training, and support compliance workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and electronic logging concepts; comfortable with HOS, DVIR, and IFTA workflows.
- Experience with fleet safety or telematics software; ability to interpret safety metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to support fleet customers and drive platform adoption.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ELD hardware and integrations; knowledge that Driver is FMCSA-certified and does not require separate ELD hardware.
- Understanding of CSA scores and exonerations.
