Fleet Mechanic
We are hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics to support and maintain a heavy-duty truck fleet in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for technicians who excel in diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs, and who take pride in keeping equipment operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and scheduled services on diesel-powered equipment.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
- Service and repair engines, fuel systems, brakes, electrical systems, and related components.
- Conduct detailed inspections and post-repair testing to ensure safety and reliability.
- Accurately record maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience working with heavy-duty equipment.

Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and diagnostic equipment.

Detail-oriented with solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
