Mural Group is partnering with a Marine company in Cleveland, Ohio to place a Fleet Laborer. This is an entry-level position supporting the maintenance, repair, and daily operations team. No prior maritime or marine experience is required. Training is provided. What matters most is dependability, a willingness to learn, and the physical capability to do demanding hands-on work.

What You Will Do

  • Assist mechanics, tradespeople, and skilled employees with daily maintenance, repair, and operations tasks.

  • Lift, carry, load, and unload materials and equipment as directed.

  • Operate hand and power tools under instruction from skilled tradespeople.

  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Any prior background in construction, manufacturing, automotive, maritime, warehouse, or landscaping is a plus. So is any exposure to forklift or aerial lift operation, OSHA training, or rigging.
