About the Role AUML is a fast-growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating out of Station HCH4 in the Chicago area. We're hiring a Fleet Manager to own the full lifecycle of our delivery vehicle fleet, from daily inspections and preventive maintenance to vendor management, telematics monitoring, and cost control. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, mechanically literate, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. What You'll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of the delivery vehicle fleet, including daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and cost control.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor telematics data to optimize performance, uptime, and expenses.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of parts and services.
- Collaborate with operations for timely AMXL (large/bulky item) last-mile deliveries and safety compliance. What We're Looking For
- Hands-on fleet lifecycle ownership experience; mechanically literate and organized.
- Experience with vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, telematics, and cost control.
- Vendor management and ability to coordinate with partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment; detail-oriented. Nice to Have
- Experience in AMXL or last-mile delivery environments; familiarity with telematics and fleet optimization. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18-$25 per hour.
- Onsite role based in Huntley, Illinois, United States.
- Full-time position.
