Job DescriptionFleet Manager - Wickliffe, KYARTCO is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee tugboat and barge fleet operations at our Wickliffe, KY fleeting location. This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day management of fleet operations, vessel personnel, and barge conditions while supporting operational excellence across ARTCO’s inland river transportation network. The Fleet Manager serves as a key operational leader, working closely with vessel crews, Captains, dispatch, maintenance teams, and leadership to ensure safe execution of fleet activities while maintaining compliance with company policies, environmental standards, and USCG regulations.
