A professional Fleet Manager is needed in Lagos to oversee fleet operations supporting refinery activities. The role focuses on ensuring vehicle availability, safety, reliability, and efficient utilization to support oil and gas operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet deployment and vehicle allocation
- Monitor fleet performance, utilization, downtime, and fuel consumption
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and inspections
- Monitor driver performance and compliance
- Manage transport schedules and operational records
- Prepare fleet performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Transport Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in fleet operations
- Experience managing large commercial or industrial fleets
- Strong knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and transport planning
