About the Role Join Netradyne as part of our Driver•i fleet management team to help customers extend vehicle uptime, improve safety, and optimize fleet performance using AI-powered video safety and real-time telemetry. This role focuses on delivering a comprehensive, connected platform that provides full visibility and actionable insights to reduce costs and downtime. What You'll Do
- Analyze fuel consumption, idling time, and driver behavior to reduce fuel costs and improve fleet efficiency.
- Provide driver coaching, scoring, and recognition programs to promote safer, more fuel-efficient driving.
- Support data-driven preventative maintenance with automated workflows, DVIRs, and ELD/ HOS/ IFTA compliance on a cloud-based platform.
- Monitor real-time GPS tracking, geofences, event videos, and route context to optimize asset use and on-time performance.
- Collaborate with customers to drive adoption, train users, and continually improve safety and efficiency across the fleet. What We're Looking For
- Experience with fleet management, telematics, and AI-driven performance insights.
- Knowledge of FMCSA ELD, HOS, DVIR, IFTA compliance, and related regulatory requirements.
- Ability to translate data and video context into actionable coaching and process improvements.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to drive adoption and change. Nice to Have
- Experience with Driver•i or similar fleet management platforms and in-cab alert systems.
- Familiarity with real-time GPS tracking, video safety, and proactive maintenance workflows.
- Understanding of geofencing, DVIR history, and maintenance automation using cloud platforms.
- Exposure to large-scale driving datasets and data-driven maintenance optimization.
