Fleet Issuance Analyst

Job title: Fleet Issuance Analyst

About the Role As a Fleet Issuance Analyst, you will ensure the correct and timely issuance of policies and endorsements while guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. You will review inputs from Profit Centers or brokers, compare requests against underwriter proposals, and ensure accurate data capture to support SLA commitments. You will collaborate with underwriting and other areas to obtain required approvals and maintain data integrity in the system.

What You'll Do

• Issue policies and endorsements for all lines of business, verifying that the necessary documentation is included in the process and issuance flow, slips, and calculations are accurate
• Compare the agent's/client's request against the underwriter's proposal, ensuring issuance aligns with the proposal and notifying underwriting of any differences
• Register all information in the system accurately, ensuring correct data entry and compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Issue in accordance with defined rules and criteria, and coordinate with the corresponding areas to obtain the necessary information or approvals
• Ensure the quality of the delivered output and meet SLA targets within the agreed timeframes
