About this role
Flix SE is seeking a Fleet Coordinator (Contractual) in Delhi to support the rapid expansion of our North India operations. This role is travel-intensive and focuses on backend operations, including assigning buses to routes, coordinating driver and host schedules with bus partners, and reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. The position requires flexible, 24/7 availability with consideration given to personal scheduling needs, and is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven professional who wants to contribute to operational excellence and vendor management.
- Coordinate driver and host schedules with the bus partner (BP) and manage bus assignments, including arranging alternates and passenger shifts in case of breakdowns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between transportation coordinators and the Multiplicator team, and coordinate with Traffic Control for daily issues.
- Monitor route deviations, track and report violations, and generate daily operational reports for bus partners.
- Provide insights on route adjustments and manage and update stop and boarding point coordinates.
- Vigilantly monitor and report illicit activities to maintain operational integrity.
- Ensure completion of training programs and initiate background verification processes; review processes and suggest improvements.
- Ensure completion of boarding point handouts and maintain related documentation.
About you:
- Engineering graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations, logistics, or last-mile operations.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve efficiency.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work in shifts (24/7), while accommodating personal scheduling needs.
- Deep knowledge of North Indian geography and willingness to travel regularly.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with proactive, assertive, and collaborative communication.
