About this role
Marex is seeking a Fixed Income Operations Analyst who will support the Credit, Rates, MBS, Repo, Fixed Income Prime Brokerage and Customer Clearing businesses. Support is primarily on Broadridge and Pershing platforms. The role requires someone with fixed income experience and the aptitude to learn, who can take on leadership responsibilities including supervising daily tasks, overseeing junior team members, and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will build relationships with internal and external clients as a subject matter expert and stay up to date with industry developments.
