About the Role Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams with USPIS, focusing on professionalism, consistency, and care for test participants. The role involves setting up stations, administering tests, capturing results in a secure field app, and participating in two-person validation with the Site Lead. What You'll Do

• Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
• Administer push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5-mile run to strict form and timing standards.
• Enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
• Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply consistent "no-rep" protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance). What We're Looking For
• Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
• Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs. Nice to Have
• Experience with field data capture apps and secure scoring systems.
• Familiarity with two-person validation and calibration processes.
• Prior work in testing or law enforcement fitness environments. Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly rate of $36.51.
