About the Role Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute United States Postal Inspection Service physical fitness exams with professionalism and precision. The role involves setting up test stations, administering standard events (push-ups, sit-ups, 1.5-mile run), capturing results in a secure field app, and performing two-person validation with the Site Lead. The position is on an as-needed, event-by-event basis with three-hour session blocks. What You'll Do
- Set up test stations to specification and verify distances and lap markers
- Administer events in sequence, enforce form standards and counting rules, and record official times
- Enter data into the secure field app and reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead
- Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet
- Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks)
- Apply consistent no-rep protocols with clear verbal cues
- Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability
- Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance) What We're Looking For
- Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments
- Hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background
- Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs Nice to Have
- Experience with data entry into a secure field app
- Experience with two-person validation processes
- Familiarity with calibration checks and timing/counting accuracy requirements Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $36.51 per hour
