About the Role The Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) will execute USPIS physical fitness exams with professionalism and consistency. This role involves setting up test stations, administering tests (push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1.5-mile run), and recording results in a secure field app, with two-person validation by the Site Lead. Sessions are scheduled in three-hour blocks, with three hours per event. What You'll Do
- Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
- Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
- Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
- Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
- Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
- Apply consistent "no-rep" protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
- Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
- Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance). What We're Looking For
- Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
- Hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
- Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs.
- Ability to work in three-hour blocks per event and PRN as-needed basis. Nice to Have
- Experience with secure field data entry and adherence to SOPs. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: 36.51 per hour.
