About the Role Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams for the United States Postal Inspection Service, with professionalism and consistency. This role involves on-site testing at scheduled events and coordination with the Site Lead. What You'll Do
- Set up test stations to specification; verify distances and lap markers.
- Administer push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5-mile run to strict form and timing standards.
- Record official times and enter data into a secure field app; perform two-person validation with the Site Lead.
- Enforce form standards and counting rules; apply no-rep protocols with clear verbal cues.
- Complete calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
- Support auditability by recording rest intervals and maintaining session timelines.
- Reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead and sign off on score sheets.
- Sessions are scheduled in three-hour blocks; FTA typically works three hours per event. What We're Looking For
- Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
- Recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
- Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work independently within a team at event sites. Nice to Have
- Experience with secure data capture apps and two-person validation processes.
- Prior experience in a federal or large-scale fitness testing program. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $36.51 (USD).
