About the Role Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams with professionalism, consistency, and care for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).
What You'll Do
- Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
- Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
- Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
- Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
- Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
- Apply consistent no-rep protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
- Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
- Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).
What We're Looking For
- Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments; familiarity with written SOPs.
- Current CPR/AED preferred; one or more years in structured fitness testing, coaching, or officiating.
- Proficiency with mobile data capture.
- Pass Concentric Methods Scoring and QA module with >= 98% blinded accuracy.
- Ability to sign annual conflict-of-interest and confidentiality attestations.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Nice to Have
- CPR/AED certification (current preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: 36.51 USD.
