About the Role Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams for the United States Postal Inspection Service. The role requires setting up test stations, administering a suite of tests to strict form and timing standards, and recording results in a secure field app, with two-person validation by the Site Lead. This PRN position supports events scheduled in three-hour blocks.
What You'll Do
- Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
- Administer push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5-mile run following standard form and timing protocols.
- Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
- Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
- Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
- Apply consistent no-rep protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
- Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
- Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).
- Travel 0-10%.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
- Experience officiating or administering fitness testing, coaching, or officiating; CPR/AED preferred.
- Proficiency with mobile data capture.
- Pass Concentric Methods Scoring and QA module with ≥ 98% blinded accuracy.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs.
Nice to Have
- Recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
- Experience in structured fitness testing environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $36.51; 401K with company match.
- Sessions scheduled in three-hour blocks; typical three-hour event.
- 0-10% travel.
