Job title: Fitness Test Administrator (PRN)
About the Role The Fitness Test Administrator PRN will set up test stations and administer Physical Fitness Exams for the United States Postal Inspection Service, ensuring professional, consistent execution and secure data capture. This is an event-based, three-hour session role working with a Site Lead to validate results.
What You'll Do
- Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
- Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
- Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
- Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
- Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
- Apply consistent no-rep protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
- Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
- Travel 0-10% of assignments.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Current CPR/AED preferred; one or more years in structured fitness testing, coaching, or officiating.
- Proficiency with mobile data capture.
- Pass Concentric Methods Scoring and QA module with 98% blinded accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
- Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $36.51.
- Travel requirement: 0-10%.
