About the Role Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a Fitness Test Administrator (on-call) to administer USPIS Physical Fitness Exams with professionalism and consistency. You will set up test stations, administer the required tests, capture results, and participate in two-person validation with the Site Lead. What You'll Do
- Set up test stations to specification and verify distances and lap markers
- Administer push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5-mile run, enforcing form standards and timing
- Enter results in a secure field app and reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead
- Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet
- Perform calibration checks, apply no-rep protocols, and document rest intervals
- Complete quarterly timing/counted accuracy checks
- Travel as needed (0-10%) What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred
