Salary:AED 12,000 - AED 15,000

We are currently partnered with an established international fit out contractor in the UAE who are looking for a highly-experienced Planner/Planning Engineer with strong fit out AND claims experience to join their team.

To be considered:

• Minimum of 7 years' fit out experience, with recent years being in the UAE
• Strong knowledge and experience of claims
• Fantastic communication and command of English language
• Strong project exposure to - hospitality, luxury residential/high-rise (nice-to-have)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project programmes.

• Monitor progress, milestones, and critical activities.

• Identify and analyse project delays.

• Prepare EOT and delay claims.

• Assess variations and their impact on programme.

• Prepare progress reports and programme updates.

• Coordinate with site, design, commercial, and subcontractor teams.

• Maintain accurate planning and claims records.

• Support recovery and mitigation planning.
