Our client, an established international interior contractor, is looking for a highly experienced Fit Out Commercial Manager in Ras Al Khaimah to join them on a permanent basis as a result of massive business growth.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives on managing high-profile projects in the hospitality or luxury residential sectors. Your expertise will be pivotal in steering projects to successful completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all commercial aspects of large-scale fit-out projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and site supervisors.

Skills and experience:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in interior contracting, with a significant portion spent in the UAE.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale fit-out projects in the hospitality or luxury residential sectors (high-rise, branded residences, etc.).
• Strong understanding of commercial management principles and practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in construction management or a related field is desirable.
